i am working on a new clients' return I have last years return which shows the prior year unhallowed passive losses on a summary sheet.
Where specifically and how do i enter them (+ or - )
Is there other information from Form 8582 I need to input ?
Where can i find the Activity Summary Smart Worksheet ?
I'm using ProSeries basic

When info is entered you will find the carryover worksheet for summary info and the 8582 form will be populated with per rental (etc) passive c/f for you to proof
(Now) you will enter further down on each rental worksheet (below the current yr expenses) the passive c/f and access to the depr wkst and any info if subject to 199A. These will all carry to next yr so this is only time you have to enter.
