Multi-State Non resident returns

How do I add a non resident state return onto an individual return?  Trust K-1 sold property in Idaho and another partnership K-1 sold property in CA.  Individual resident of WA State.

I am using Lacerte pro-connect and I have installed Colorado, now how do I add that as an additional state for a partnership return?
