Instructions appear to suggest that these should be entered on "the appropriate line on Schedule A". That would appear to be line 16, Other Itemized Deductions, but the instructions for that line on schedule A do not allow it. (Neither does Turbotax Desktop.)
How do I claim probate fee and legal advertising costs passed on by the estate's final K-1?
