    Can I file a return in April but have the pay date for withdrawal be in May?

    But if ProSeries lets me file it how do I know the money will actually be withdrawn May 7?

    They shouldn't allow you to file it until the software has been updated.  If you are concerned about it, pay directly or mail in a check.
