Where do I fax a CA POA form? With the FTB website still being updated, the links on the website are not working. I have a non-filer who needs to file 5 years of returns and the FTB told them that they can't create a MyFTB account yet- they need to paper file the 3520-PIT. Where do we send it? Thanks!

Thanks! I called the practitioner hotline and learned I must either upload through my own MYFTB account or mail it. I was also able to get some information directly from the agent with some of the letters that I have, so I can get these old returns started.
