Have any of you had issues with the Yearli software? We have used it for multiple clients without much problem- except for one that sporadically have had 941 return rejections (claiming to have TIN issues). What is weird is that returns that were filed before and after the rejected ones DID go through, without incident. Contacting customer service hasn't been illuminating as of yet (they are claiming that we were informed of the "rejected" returns by email, but that never happened). We've been on the phone with IRS and Yearli and both have said to contact each other. Anyone else have this issue?
