Irs payment address changes for 2021 or 2022???

IRS payment address changes

I see that both the San Francisco, CA payment center and the Hartford, CT  payment centers are due to close for 2022 as stated on the IRS web site.  However, Lacerte is saying those changes are effective now.  What is the story?
