I prepared an Individual Iowa Non-Resident return, and it included estimates for 2020. Client agreed to have the estimates electronically withdrew from the checking account. Yes, yes, I know about the Wizard and how you have to Efile those separately. But the Client letter never addressed the payments coming out electronically, and each quarterly voucher still printed, even though I'd marked the box for them not to. Yet there was a separate Preparer Instruction showing the electronic payments were properly set up.
Lacerte can't explain it.
