Include the 1095A in both of the returns, go to the allocation worksheet in you can allocate any way they agree to. If there is a disagreement, usually it is 50 -50. I am assuming both of them are included in the policy. If only one of them is in the policy, the one that is not included does not have to report any healhcare information in his/ her return and the one on the policy is 100 responsible. When it is 100 percent responsible, no allocation is necessary, the software does it automatically. Hope you understand this mess jjjjjjjjjjj. Have a nice evening everybody.
