Are any of you losing your mind over STILL not having access to the Oklahoma 511-EIC form? I have spoken with the OTC and they say the form was released Jan 24 or 25 and Lacerte does not have the form ready as of today. I have clients that are not happy that we cannot efile the return because the form is not ready. I have been told that other software companies have this available and are able to efile. After several phone calls to Lacerte I was told yesterday that the form may take another week before available. This is terrible customer service from Lacerte! This form should have been ready long ago. Has anyone else contacted them and have different information or a work around? Oklahoma is a piggy back state so if I send the federal I will have to paper mail Oklahoma! Thanks!
