Must be a lot of people sitting around in Austin with nothing to do, so they can post instructions on how to make entries of complicated items like interest and Social Security.

If there was not filing requirement, submitting a return now is not useful. Wait for IRS to come up with their quicky online filing that will include banking info. Filing now will NOT include the bank info, unless there is a refund.
