So do preparers need to see a fetal MRI of the baby to give them the deduction?  It looks like some folks are already pointing out potential pitfalls with the law.

Guess Georgia doesn't require a SSN to claim a 'dependent'?

And does Georgia have EIC questions/worksheet/due diligence requirements like CA does?   That'll be interesting.

I asked about SSNs on another forum and was told this will be an above the line deduction and no SSN needed.
