Are receipts required to be attached to IL Return for K-12 Education Credit?

IL Pub 112 - Education Expense Credits says to retain the receipt received from child's school, but Sch ICR says receipts must be attached.  Will IL refund be delayed or reduced if receipts are not attached to e-filed return?

No do not attach, as that requirement went away a few years ago. the instructions say to attach schedule ICR, which is in ProSeries, and no need to attach, as it is included when you file.
