On the 1095-A Worksheet in ProSeries, below Part III there is a table for Shared Police Allocation Information. This is where you can enter the SSN of the daughter as well as the percentages of the policy that were for her.
If your working on the daughters returns as well you would enter the same 1095-A but when you fill out the Shared Policy Allocation Information table you would enter the Parents and their percentages.

I am still dealing with a "daughters" tax return that was affected by the form 8962. The parents carried the health insurance but are not claiming her.
HOW DO YOU ALLOCATE/CALCULATE the amount of premium for the daughter??
AND, when completing the parents return I showed the entire premium on their 8961; does that need to be amended?
Thank you!
