if the father and mother are ITIN numbers but the dependents are social security number , qualify for the last stimulus check?
Excellent question. However, the answer is no, because the children qualify to be claimed as dependents on the parents return, and it is the parents' return that controls the issuance of the stimulus payments. If the children did not qualify to be dependents, and filed their own tax returns, then they would qualify, presuming they meet all other criteria.
