Is the 2022 Early Release available for the Right Networks hosting environment?
What do I need to do to download it in the hosting environment? When I go into my right networks "computer" and into the apphub, it does not show as a downloadable product.
Best, Sean
Its available in the dashboard now if you have purchased ProSeries already for TY22.
If you are on "auto renew" it will become available when that triggers.
To find out more about your circumstance you can look here: https://proconnect.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/renew-reactivate/checking-auto-renewal-stat...
I am getting an error while trying to install Proseries TY22 on a network. I used the "download next year" function in TY21. It started the install but then stopped and gave an error saying "a problem occurred during installation. A problem was encountered trying to write to the network folder selected...check that you have sufficient privileges or use a different location...process cannot access the file "\\server\server\Proseries Data\Pronet22\temp000000.tmp" because it is used by another process.
Is it just me or is it not ready yet?
sariscpa, could you also verify if this file exists for you?
\\server\server\Proseries Data\Pronet22\temp000000.tmp
It did exist, yes. I called Proseries and they told me to consult my IT guy. He had me update windows, then deleted the Pronet22 folder and ran the install file as admin (rather than installing from the TY21 software.) This seems to have done the trick, although I have now been getting a different error about a missing file. This error does not say what file is missing. A reboot corrected this error, but it reappeared after closing and reopening Proseries. I will retry again today and see if the error persists.
The error did persist. 3 hours on the phone with Proseries and here is what happened. Apparently when installing TY2022 the software removed all of my Access Rights for 2022 and all years prior. I had to go into my tools an enable my Access Rights for each year. It's scary that Proseries can do that.
