Update dates in ID verification

VAconnie

When you enter an issuance or expiration date for the driver's license, and you make the mistake of typing 3/13/21, the program automatically changes the 21 to 1921!  There is no reason for it to assume you meant 1921 since you are entering current driver's licenses.  Then you get an error message and you have to correct the date - not a big deal but it does waste time.  No reason for this date entry to be antiquated!

The issue can be addressed within the programming of the software. For example, the birthdate should be 110+ years in arrears when a birthdate is entered on the individual information worksheet, followed by the ID information at this point should automatically be established as '20' vs '19' as the ID will be much more current than the original birthdate. Have the program interact with the birth year to establish the correct ID effective date.
