I'm submitting a formal complaint about TPG through Intuit ProSeries about the Bank's poor customer services to Tax Professionals who subscribed Pay-by-Refund services from them. Since the beginning of the 2021 Tax filing Season, TPG has not been able to display any reports on tax professionals' Dashboards to enable us provide solutions to our clients' concerns. The generic answers given by their customer service representatives have consistently been very unfortunate and a total deviation from the concerns we submit to them. They insist that we contact our software providers to solve the problem if messages are not being displayed on the Dashboard. Meanwhile, I do not have any idea about the software providers they are referring to. Tax Professionals also are denied access to speak to supervisors to register their complaints and frustrations we face from our clients.
It has really been very difficult and frustrating to doing business with TPG with the current attitude and work ethics. If a formal investigation could be conducted and come up with solutions, we will all be happy to conduct business with TPG through our revered Intuit ProSeries. I hope this complaint will be addressed satisfactorily.
