S-Corp K1 amounts flow to Indiana State return but are no put on the IN K-1 form.

Do you mean the Indiana State Corp return or the Indiana individual return?    The Indiana Corp return creates a K1.    And there is a worksheet  within the Indiana individual return to make any state adjustments for K1. Otherwise your K1 information would be in your Fed AGI that comes over into the Indiana state return
