Submitted by SamuelO on 04-19-2021 05:54 PMWhen attempting to use Rates Per Form, specifically 4562, and car & truck wks, the program is not counting and calculating my number of forms. I spoke with Technical Support, and they advised I will have to manually enter them, even after entering the correct pricing per form I'd like to use. This has potentially cost me a good deal of fee generation throughout the tax season, and I would be very appreciative of any response or proposed fix. I can add them manually, but I was under the impression Proseries would keep track for me.
