Pull MS business signature form into Docusign

Would be great if MS state signature forms for 1120S, 1120, & 1065 were being automatically pulled into the eSignature request. We are having to print the form and manually add to the request and this is time consuming!

Thanks for the idea for MS state signature forms for 1120S, 1120, & 1065 to automatically be pulled into the eSignature request. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
