Use Windows “File Explorer”
The Pro Series software should not be open
To solve this problem go to the “Common” folder in the prior year Pro Series software
Search for all files with the extension *.rtf
Copy all of these files
Be sure that the current Pro Series is not open
Go to the “Common” folder in the new Pro Series software
Paste all of the *.rtf” files in to the new Pro Series
Launch Pro Series
Problem Solved!!
