Submitted by mckenzik on 03-10-2021 12:47 PMPlease remove the automatic Oklahoma Use Tax on all Oklahoma Returns. The former Governor implement a law that automatically assess OK USE tax on online purchases, therefore no longer requiring you record it on a return. There are a very small amount of websites that wont collect the USE Tax. It should be automatic to not calculate USE Tax and you have to manually add the USE Tax on those very few.
