Ohio city present in the prior year return

Consider adding a data field check box that is populated as part of the file roll-forward (or equivalent) where when an Ohio return is rolled forward, a diagnostic will notify you that a City return was prepared in the taxpayer's prior year file, but none is currently selected in the current year return.  This would help to remind a preparer when an Ohio City return is needed, without opening the prior year ProSeries file to see what was prepared.  Best case this would tell you what City return(s) was (were) prepared in the prior year.

Alternatively, have the Ohio module automatically turn on the City return from the prior year and light up with errors showing that data needs to be entered.
