New York City forms-1127

I am looking for access to the New York City Form-1127.  In previous years, the form had been available under the State of New York but for the last couple of years, it was accessible in a drop-down menu for a New York City file to gain access. 

I do not see ANY access to New York City at all and especially the NYC-1127.  Can you give me some idea as to when this will be available.  The NYS information worksheet indicates that access to the 1127 form is available by opening the NY City tax return file.  I have a number of clients (New York City non-resident employees) who are required to file this form.
