Without this link there is no method other than override to put in the Nebraska PTC. If you have overrides you then have problems in the electronic filing of returns. Should be a fairly simple correction. If you question if this is correct please review the Nebraska Department of Revenue web site and look at the official Nebraska 1040N-ES
