If you have a taxpayer who is above 1 million and has paid taxes in other states Proseries is not using the form the MASS DOR posted on line. It even states in the instructions for residents that are subject to the 4% surtax to complete the new online schedule OJC worksheet. I have called proseries a number of times and they have not nor understood how to correct the problem.
I tried calling as I am a tax lawyer, and we use at my firm CCH and profx and tried helping proseries out but really no one can direct me to the programmer and one who understands MA law
