Issue with going directly to your client on Home Base for ProSeries 2020

There seems to be an issue on the Home Base when attempting to look for, and open a client file by using the first four letters of the last name, and the last four of the social security number.  When you go the the File Tab, and then the Open Tab, it does not give you the option to enter the information.  Instead, it opens the client which is highlighted on the Home Base.  It appears that there is always a client highlighted on the Home Base.  Which means that you must open that client's file before you can look for the client you are looking for.  This, to me, seems to be something that needs to be corrected.  Has anyone else noticed this, and is there a way to correct it.

Somebody mentioned that issue the other day.  It appears that homebase is a bit of a work in process this year as they try to "fine tune" things due to some upgrading of the platform.  All you can do is wait for it to become fully "tuned".
