Illinois Schedule ICR K-12 Education Expense Credit Worksheet incorrectly flows right to left

Input of data flows right to left when completing the K-12 Education Expense Credit worksheet line 14 on the Illinois ICR schedule.  The left to right entry of the form begins as student first name, last name, Social Security Number (auto-populated), Grade, School Name, School City, Total Tuition.  If I am in the Last Name field and I hit the tab or enter key, the First Name field is activated for data input instead of toggling over to Grade.  I complete hundreds of these forms per year and it is very frustrating to have to use the mouse to manually click on to the next data entry field instead of having a proper left to right input workflow.
