fixed asset manager reports not installed

I've installed the latest download of FAM 24 and still not reports are showing up in my reports folder. When I go to run a report in the Fixed Asset Manager software, there are no templates to choose from, so I am not able to run or view any reports. Is anyone else having a problem with this? Customer service has no idea how to fix it.

I am having the same problem. Where are all you Intuit Geniuses that always seem to have the answer to every issue? No answer for an entire week?

I had this problem last year and again this year. My IT guy downloaded FAM again and that fixed the problem.

If the FAM 24 Reports directory folder is empty then copy the FAM 23 Reports folder and paste it to the FAM 24 Reports folder.
