I am working on Right Networks. I am a new user to ProSeries, therefore the data from 2020 is not available for convrsion in Fixed Asset Manager. I have created several files in FAM that when I go to at a later date are no longer accessible. I have spent about 5 hours on the phone with support in addition to trying to trouble shoot on my own. We have tried restoring backups, but it seems the file goes corrupt the same day it is created, meaning I have to reenter hours worth of work. We have upgraded the platform to Window 11. I have bought the subscription, which was not originally charged. Then created a new file, and printed reports, but it still goes corrupt, and when I try to access company file in FAM again keep getting error messages. I love the way the reports come out, however, I hate that I have to finish in one sitting or lose all my work.
