Efile MA amendment

create a module so we can efile MA amendment. Your tax law regarding MA amendments is out of date-your article about amendments indicates MA requieres a separate form for filing an amendment but that was eliminated in 2016. Further, proseries wont let me amend a return even though it is the same form for the original return. it gives me an error that this appears to be a duplication of social security number. Seems like a terrifically easy change.
