When you get the login screen, right click on the "Intuit Accountants" logo and switch the "Normal" / "Compatibility Mode" setting to "Compatibility Mode". It will shut Proseries down.. restart. The Caps Lock Warning will be back.. hopefully you'll be able to login (a very tiny percentage of customers can't login when in Compatibility Mode). If you can't login, switch back to "Normal".
Context
Login is a web based experience. The 'Normal' mode uses a Chromium based widget to load it. 'Compatability' uses an Internet Explorer Based widget. The first does not support the Caps Lock Warning. The IE based one does, but has some esoteric issues that prevented a small number of customers from logging in (they either couldn't enter data or where constantly getting recaptcha)
