When emailing a client any documents (client checklist or tax return) the system defaults to primary taxpayers email address. We find that the responsible party may not always be the primary taxpayer. If we could get an option to select which email the client would like information to be forwarded to, that would be a great time savings. This would also allow us to keep the email for each taxpayer in the correct place instead of putting the spouse's email into the primary taxpayers information.
