The alerts that I use to be able to reference are only available when initially released, and there is no longer ability to reference older alerts. In the past I may have overlooked an alert, that I will now look for because of an issue that has come up on a return that I am currently working on.
These alerts being available have kept me from having to contact customer support in the past. Now because I can't find the alert addressing an issue, I have to contact support to be made aware that it's a known issue, and that it is being resolved or what a work around is.
This is a waste of both my and customer supports time. Please fix.
I am in the network version, I do not know if that makes a difference or not in receiving these alerts.
