A diagnostic that verifies a paper check is requested if account information is entered

When account information is entered but the question about direct deposit is not answered or is marked no there should be a diagnostic error or warning

You seem to want to add another pile of diagnostics for folks to ignore.  Diagnostics are kind of like junk e-mails.  If there are too many there, pretty soon you start ignoring the ones you should be paying attention to because the pile is too big to click through.

I guess I don't understand.  There is an error in the return if the account information is entered to #1 confirm the account information and #2 select yes or no to direct deposit.  If you've selected no then you've also confirmed the account number.  It's already a 2 step process.  Adding diagnostics would seem redundant to me.
