Submitted by Sebicap on 07-22-2021 09:50 AMI think it is a real missed opportunity not to have an IRC §871(d) election as part of the program, especially since the 1040NR specifically asks about the election on the Mandatory Schedule OI. I just switched from ATX and they had a pre-prepared 871(d) election that I could activate without having to create the election in a word document and then attaching it by pdf to the file.
