ProSeries 2018 ran an update today and after the update I was not able to type my password in to enter the program. In other words, the password boxed was locked. I called ProSeries and other than a software fix program that they sent to me they do not have telephone support for 2018. ProSeries referred me to the "Online Community" to look for possible articles that can help me fix the problem. Well this is terrible!
If you buy a car and it is out of warranty, the dealer will still fix the car for a fee. This should be the same type of policy for ProSeries. I would of gladly paid for the support.
One note however- their update caused my problem in the first place.
