Why can't I select "Update Return with QuickBooks Data"

The option Update Return with QuickBooks Data is gray and won't let me select it.  The file is a QBB and the program I'm trying to import to is Pro Series.  I don't have QuickBooks on my computer and I really would rather not have to buy it for one client.  Any help is very much appreciate.  I'm aware that different years can't be imported so that's been verified.

I appreciate the comment.  My client is not using QBO for 2022 so this did not solve the issue.

Thanks for clarifying. Please review the first link, it is for QuickBooks desktop.  I provided both links because I wasn't sure what QBB stood for.
