why am i asked to pay to print a return when im a licensed pro series customer???? i have updated license

i have updated licensing the program and it still asks me to pay for return and i have the 50 paid return subscription

Did you purchase 50 in Basic or Professional? 

Top menu bar, if you click Information> Product Licenses what does it show?
