Client has Potential State Tax Exclusions from Governmental obligations on his Dividend statement ( no interest). Which line do i enter that on the worksheet for the federal 1040?

Double click on the dividend line in the Sch B entry to get to the 2nd page for dividends(foreign, Sec 199, tax exempts).
