When K-2 is NOT Required

What are everyone's thoughts about when it is NOT required?
I notice that the Form K-2, Section A (above Part I) asks you if the various parts of the form apply.

To affirmatively show that the K-2 info is not required should we file it with all the questions marked as "NO" or are you just not going to file a K-2 with the return all together?
