I noticed that Preparer Notes are not included in the forms list for business returns as they are for individual returns. I'm filing a Form 1120S and want to add an explanation for a PPP loan forgiven on Schedule B, line 12 that asks if any loans have been cancelled. Would I do this with the "Reminder Notes and Narratives" or the "Supporting Statement"? I wasn't sure if either of these would automatically be included with the E-Filing.

I would include it with the "supporting statement" if that is what you want to do..... Just make sure you go to "control which forms to print" and make sure to check that "supporting statement" to be printed with the return to be e-filed... as far as I know whatever is printed out in the return is what is e-filed...
