What happened to 2013 Proseries? It's not available for Basic or Pro

I see it in my download list, does it not work when you click on it?

I clicked on it and the CoreInstallerTY2013.exe file popped up to download....I didnt try to install it though.

Do you not see it in your list? or does it not work when you attempt to install it?  I use this link and choose Proseries and log in to see my dashboard with the downloads

Youve got all the years except 2013?  Weird, I guess a call to support is in order here....were just other users in here.
