What forms do I attach to an amended tax return (1040X)? I have been told to attach those forms that being changed from or added to the original tax return.

As you just said, you include any forms that have been changed or added.

Lately I've been lazy and just include all of the forms and schedules (not only the ones that changed), and it's been fine.
