We're unable to access our DocuSign Account Admin to update permissions

Since we have purchased esignatures, we have the ability to use our intuit credentials to log on to DocuSign. In our online log in we have the ability to send requests for esignatures (not just drafts of tax returns) and view requests we have made through intuit esignatues. However, since the DocuSign is purchased and run through Intuit, we are not the account admin and are not able to grant permissions for creating templates or sending other documents in bulk. We'd be willing to pay for an account upgrade, if we could actually get someone that could understand what we are trying to accomplish.

Hi @MaChamp Nice to see you in the Community and thanks for posting. Since it's an esignature/docusign account we are the admins.  If you’d like to have your own DocuSign admin access, you’ll need to use a different email address and sign up for a subscription with docusign.
