Preparing tax return now for client who died suddenly of natural causes in 2022. The amount of dividend income per 1099 div from an insurance company (that sells life insurance) is $666. 2022 multiplied by 3 equals six thousand sixty-six.

You forgot to mention that the first three digits of her Social Security number were 666.  She died at 6:66 pm (the clock was running a little fast).  She lived a 66 6th St South.  And she had an outstanding balance of $666 with you for estate planning.
