wanting me to pay per return

I purchased proseries 2021 program for $1,600, but when I go to print it wants me to pay per return.

You got unlimited Professional for $1600?  that seems cheap, but maybe they gave you a deal.

If you go to Tools >License Product, what does it show for licensing?

I am having the same problem. I purchased 20 returns for proseries basic.

If you purchased Basic, be sure you didnt download Professional by mistake.  If youre using Professional, but paid for Basic,  it will be Pay Per Return.

If your toolbar looks like this, you're using Professional, not Basic
