Answered: Virginia deduction for military retirement is supposed to cap at $30K

My client received $133K from DFAS retirement. Proseries is allowing the entire amount to be deducted on line 60 of the Subtraction page. (He is 65 yrs old.) What should I do to cap it at 30K?
