Transmitted and got a reject requiring software update. Did and resubmitted, now reject saying TIN already "used". Is there anyway to verify the ProSeries did indeed only process one return to the IRS??? I know a few times in previous years I could call and they could "see" the TIN and how it was processed.

Is it bouncing back immediately from Intuit? Or is it getting to IRS then being rejected?
If its bouncing back immediately from Intuit (never makes it as being sent to IRS) that means someone using an Intuit product (could have even been TurboTax) filed a return using that Tax ID Number.
